A Brief History
AndMine’s heritage is unique. Under the banner Flux Engineering, we were a small software development company in the mid 1990s that went on to international credibility and partnerships delivering projects both locally and abroad. In August 2009, the well-established Flux Engineering was absorbed by the newly formed AndMine Pty Ltd, transforming our boutique Melbourne software company into a full service digital agency.
The company’s principle philosophies are a fusion of robust, saleable technology solutions, strong aesthetic communication and practical market leading connectivity. Our number one and primary objective; real world conversions (aka, O2O or Online to Offline). To achieve this we use our 4 Pillars of Digital Success Model, which has been taught at RMIT, Published in the UK and refined over hundreds of projects and clients under &Mine best practices for every aspect of digital there is.
Our team comprises of talented, solution driven experts who establish clear paths for ongoing and future adaptability. &Mine exists to maximise online and offline strategies for businesses. Aware and invested in our clients’ goals we establish clear paths for future proofing adaptability, measurement and ‘real-world’ results.
In 2013 we rebranded over a period of 6 months, working with Enterprise Connect and re-defineing the core beliefs, structure and capabilities. From the handful of essential geeks who built &Mine, the ‘Data-Miners’ who won accolades and clients with our back-end capabilities and leading ROI statistics. We’ve added brilliant creative, content, advertising and marketing strategists to further sharpen our full-service digital agency offering. We are now at the forefront of online service with a team of over 50 across three offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Asia.
We make the complicated seem effortless, building ideas into big data, smart campaigns and louder networks for your brands. We connect people and leverage every aspect of technology in and around these connections. We believe the digital experience and opportunity is now. It is lean, agile and disruptive.
