In this case study we look at how we helped Bulk Nutrients build up their e-Commerce website and improve their sales.
A decade ago, the Managing Director of Bulk Nutrients, Ben Crowley, was teaching English in Japan. It was there, where nutrition supplements were sparse, that he discovered that sourcing them from the US was far cheaper compared to Australian costs. It was this realisation that led to him starting a nutrition supplement company of his own. Today, Bulk Nutrients has its own factory in Tasmania and a large team who process and pack supplements, many of which are locally sourced in Australia.
After Bulk Nutrients had established itself as one of the leading supplement companies in Australia, the challenge became how to continue to scale with lagging e-Store technology. That was when Bulk Nutrients joined the &Mine family of clients for the end-to-end development of a new e-Store. The goals included huge amounts of customisation both visually, functionally and in the back-end reporting, to match the logistic needs of the rapidly growing company.

It is reaching out to a huge number of potential customers with efficient, targeted and well-thought advertising campaigns and landing solid conversion rates with strategic digital marketing. It is a huge force today with a stable position as a market competitor in the nutritional supplement business.
