Under the banner Flux Engineering, &Mine started as a pure software development company in the mid nineties. Flux went on to gain international credibility through client partnerships, delivering projects both locally and abroad. In 2009, the well-established company was absorbed by the newly positioned &Mine brand, transforming our boutique software company into a full service digital agency.
&Mine is a private company solely owned and directed by its founder Michael Simonetti. Strong growth over the past two decades has been developed through his personal philosophy of transparency and collaboration, hence the name Yours & Mine. A fusion of robust technology and intuitive usability drives our service methodology; in short, technical solutions which real people actually enjoy using.
