We don’t build Chatbots for clients unless we are confident that there is enough quality content and interaction to pass a few minutes of Turing Test – then, of course, you can always hand the Chatbot chat over to an actual human (by saying you’re “getting the human” or getting “someone smarter in the company to answer that question.”)
